Presenting, Strength – the fourth full-length album from Polyatomic.

This was a really fun album to write, and really shows how far I’ve come and how far I’ve yet to go on my music production, mixing and engineering skills.

The themes that stuck with me while “Strength” was that this album had to be a celebration of growth and resilience—embracing love, vulnerability, and the courage to live authentically. I think these themes come out with Phoenix, Gaia,Moving On, DMAO, Good Night and the title track, Strength which are the most personal tracks for me.

Special thanks to James for co-writing Gaia and biskuwi for her amazing music production courses that really took Polyatomic to the next level.
